12 jumbo aluminum foil baking cups
24 H-E-B chocolate chips galore cookies
3 cups H-E-B Creamy Creations strawberry ice cream
Line a muffin pan with 12 extra large aluminum foil baking cups.
Place an H-E-B chocolate chips galore cookie in each foil-baking cup. Scoop 1/4 cup H-E-B
Creamy Creations strawberry ice cream over each cookie.
Top each ice cream filled cup with another H-E-B chocolate chips galore cookie and gently
press cookie over ice cream.
Cover pan with plastic wrap or foil and freeze for 30 minutes or more. Once cookie coolers
are frozen, place in a large freezer storage bag.
