Splenda Low Fat, Reduced Sugar Pumpkin Pie
1 Deep Dish Pie Crust
3 Large Eggs (beaten)
1 can (15 oz.) Hill Country Fare Solid Pack Pumpkin
1 cup Fat Free Half & Half
1 cup Splenda®
2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
Heat oven to 375ºF. Allow pie crust to thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Combine eggs, pumpkin, fat free half & half, Splenda and pumpkin pie spice in a large mixi
ng bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed for 1 minute.
Pour pumpkin mixture in thawed pie shell. Bake pie on center oven rack for 35 to 40 minute
s or until a knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean. Cool the pumpkin pie before
cutting into 8 servings.
