Splenda Chocolate Chip Cookies
9 to 11 minutes
2 1/3 cups H-E-B all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup H-E-B unsalted butter
1/4 cup Splenda sugar for baking
1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar for baking firmly packed
1 tsp Hill Country Fare vanilla extract
2 large H-E-B eggs
1 pkg (12 oz.) Hill Country Fare semi-sweet chocolate chips
Heat oven to 375F.
Combine the flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl and set aside.
Using an electric mixer,beat the butter, Splenda Sugar for Baking, Splenda Brown Sugar Ble
nd and vanilla on medium speed for 1 1/2 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on lo
w speed until well blended. Gradually add the flour mixture, beating on low speed until co
okie dough is blended. Stir in the chocolate chips with a spoon.
Spoon the cookie dough 2 inches apart on un-greased cookie sheets a spoonful at a time. G
ently press each cookie with a fork.
Bake the cookies 9-11 minute or until lightly browned on edges. Remove from oven and cool
on a wire rack
