Peanut Butter Crispy Squares
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 bag (10 oz) miniature marshmallows
6 1/2 cups Crispy Rice
1 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Place peanut butter and marshmallow mixture on High power for 1 minute.
Remove bowl from microwave and stir marshmallow mixture until smooth.
Add Crispy Rice cereal and peanuts; stir to coat.
Press marshmallow-cereal mixture into prepared pan with a spoon.
Cool completely and cut into 16 squares
