1/2 cup H-E-B salted peanuts chopped fine

2 cups H-E-B Granulated Sugar

1 cup Hill Country Fare Canola Oil

3 H-E-B eggs beaten

1/2 tsp Hill Country Fare baking powder

1 1/2 cups H-E-B all-purpose flour

2/3 cup Powdered cocoa

2 tsp Hill Country Fare vanilla

1 pkg (8 oz.) H-E-B Cream Cheese (softened)

1 cup Hill Country Fare crunchy peanut butter

1/2 cup H-E-B milk

1 cup H-E-B sugar

1 tsp Hill Country Fare vanilla

1 cup each: Hill Country Fare crunchy peanut butter & semi-sweet chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350. Heavily spray a 9x13 in. baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and
set aside.
Combine the peanuts, sugar, oil, beaten eggs, baking powder, flour, cocoa powder, vanilla
and 1/4 cup WATER in a large mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients with a spoon and pour HALF o
f the batter into the prepared baking pan, set aside.
Place the cream cheese in a food processor or an electric mixer and process to a smooth te
xture. Add the peanut butter and process 30 seconds untill blended. Add the milk, sugar an
d vanilla to the peanut butter mixture and process 30 more seconds.
Spoon the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate layer and spread evenly to the edges. C
arefully spoon the remaining chocolate batter over the peanut butter layer. Bake the bars
on the center oven rack for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out c
Remove from oven and spread the hot bars with peanut butter. Sprinkle evenly with chocolat
e chips. Let the chocolate melt and spread evenly over the bars. Cool completely before cu
tting into 48 bars or squares
