1 large H-E-B Bakery Angel Food Cake
1/2 gallon H-E-B Creamy Creations® 1905 Vanilla Ice Cream
1 (16 ounce) package Hill Country Fare Frozen Strawberries
1 (16 ounce) package Hill Country Fare Frozen Blueberries
1 (8 ounce) container frozen Hill Country Fare Whipped Topping
1 container Wilton Patriotic Sprinkles
Using a bread or serrated knife, slice angel food cake into 3 equal layers and set aside.
Place bottom cake layer back into cake pan. Evenly spread 1 1/2 cups ice cream over cake l
ayer and gently press strawberries into the ice cream. Place second layer of cake over ice
cream layer and spread 1 1/2 cups ice cream over it. Gently press blueberries into the ic
e cream. Top with the third layer of cake. Wrap cake with plastic wrap and freeze for 1 ho
ur or until firm and frozen.
Remove frozen cake from pan and place on a cake plate. Using a spatula, spread whipped top
ping on top of cake. Sprinkle cake with Wilton Red, White & Blue Sprinkles. Serve immediat
ely or return to freezer until ready to serve. For perfect slices: Use a serrated knife d
ipped in hot water between slices.
