3 1/2 cups HCF Vanilla Wafers
3 to 4 medium bananas, sliced
1 box (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
2 cups milk (regular, low fat or fat free)
* whipped cream or topping
Line the bottom and sides of an 8-inch square or 2 quart baking dish with Vanilla Wafers.
Place layer of banana slices over Vanilla Wafers.
Repeat layers of Vanilla Wafers and banana slices; set aside.
Combine pudding mix and milk in a medium-size bowl; stir well.
Pour pudding over layered Vanilla Wafers and bananas.
Place in refrigerator and chill for 1 hour or until firm.
