1 package (envelope) unflavored gelatin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 can (16 oz) can pumpkin
2 graham cracker crusts or pre-baked pastry crusts
1 cup whipped cream
Mix gelatin, spices and salt in a medium saucepan.
Beat eggs and condensed milk together, add to gelatin mixture.
Let stand 1 minute.
Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved, about 10 minutes.
Blend in pumpkin.
Pour into crusts and chill until firm
