Mission Trail Chocolate Pecan Pie
3 H-E-B Eggs
1 cup Hill country Fare White or Dark Corn Syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons H-E-B All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup H-E-B Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Nestlé Chocolate Morsels
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
1 Hill Country Fare Frozen Pie Crust
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Beat eggs in a large bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed for 15 seconds. Add syru
p, vanilla, flour and brown sugar and beat 15 more seconds. Stir in chocolate morsels and
pecan halves with a large spoon.
Pour pecan pie mixture into frozen pie crust. Bake on center oven rack for 45 minutes or u
ntil a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
