Lowfat Strawberry Mousse Pie
1 package (3 oz) sugar free strawberry flavored gelatin
1 container (8 oz) HCF light whipped topping
1 package (16 oz) HCF frozen strawberries, sliced
1 Kebbler reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup boiling water.
Add 1 cup cold water, stir and pour into a shallow pan.
Cover and chill for 30 minutes or until set.
Combine congealed gelatin, and whip topping in a large mixing bowl.
Whip mixture with a mixer until blended and fluffy.
Fold in strawberries and pour mixture into pie crust.
Cover and chill for 30 more minutes or until set
