1 9-inch Unbaked frozen hill country fare deep dish pie shell
3 large H-E-B eggs beaten
1 tsp Hill Country Fare vanilla
3/4 cup H-E-B brown sugar
1 cup Hill Country Fare light or dark corn syrup
1 1/4 cups Hill Country Fare whole pecans
Heat oven to 350F. Place frozen deep dish pie shell on a baking sheet and set aside.
Combine eggs, vanilla, brown sugar and corn syrup in a bowl; stir until blended. Add pecan
s to syrup mixture and pour into the frozen pie shell.
Cover edge of pie crust with foil. Bake pie on middle oven rack for 45 minutes or until a
knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool the pie completely before serving
