Heavenly Chocolate Fondue

1/3 c. heavy cream

12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped

3 Tbsp. liqueur, such as Kahlúa or Grand Marnier (optional)


In a medium saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a simmer.
Remove the pan from heat and add the chocolate. Gently whisk until the chocolate has compl
etely melted.
Add the liqueur and stir to combine.
Pour chocolate into fondue pot and set a small candle below. Use as low a flame as possibl
e or the chocolate will burn.
