Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line cupcake tins with 12 paper liners and set aside.
Combine pouch cake mix, fruit cups with juice and egg whites in a large mixing bowl. Mix b
atter with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds. Scrape the bowl sides and mix ba
tter 2 more minutes on medium speed. Divide the batter into the 12 cup cake liners.
Bake cupcakes for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cupcakes c
omes clean. Cool cupcakes and ice with 2 tablespoons light whipped topping
