2 tbsp. flour
1 box (18.25 oz.) Hill Country Fare white cake mix
3 H-E-B whole eggs
1 bottle (12 oz.) Starbucks frappuccino coffee
1/2 cup H-E-B snax cashews chopped
1 contain (1 lb.) Hill Country Fare chocolate fudge or cream cheese icing (optional)
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Heavily grease a Bundt pan with margarine and dust with flour;
shake out excess and set pan aside.
Combine cake mix, eggs and Starbucks Frappuccino Coffee in a largemixing bowl. Mix the cak
e batter with an electric mixer for 1 minute onlow speed and 2 minutes on medium speed. St
ir in the chopped nutswith a spoon and pour the batter into the prepared Bundt cake pan.
Bake the cake on the center oven rack for 45 minutes or until atoothpick inserted in the c
enter comes out clean. Place the cake panon a wire rack and cool for 20 minutes. Remove th
e cake from the panand return to rack. Allow to cool completely. Place cooled cake on acak
e plate and frost with the icing of your choice, if desired.
