3/4 cup H-E-B All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Hill Country Fare Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup H-E-B Sugar
1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
2 large H-E-B Eggs
1 tsp Hill Country Fare Vanilla Extract
1 cup Hill Country Fare Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, melted
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray or
line with aluminum foil; set aside.
Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the sugar, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, eggs and vanilla; stir unt
il smooth and set aside.
Place the chocolate chips in a saucepan over another pan with water (double boiler) heated
over medium heat for 3 minutes or until chocolate is melted, stirring often.
Stir the egg mixture into the melted chocolate until smooth. Stir the flour mixture and wa
lnuts into the chocolate batter until blended. Spread batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake on the center oven rack for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 1-inch from the
edge comes out clean. Place the pan of brownies on a wire rack and cool. Cut brownies into
16 squares and serve.
