1 frozen 9-inch Hill Country Fare Pie Crust, baked

1 envelope Hill Country Fare Unflavored Gelatin

1 1/2 cups Hill Country Fare Green Apple-Flavored Sparkling Water

6 Granny Smith apples, cored, peeled and thin sliced OR 2 16-ounce bags Hill Country Fare
frozen Fuji apple slices, no sugar added

1 teaspoon apple pie spice

8 packets Hill Country Fare No-Calorie Sweetener (or use 1 cup of Splenda)


Bake pie crust according to package directions and cool.
Pour 1/4 cup cold water into a small microwave-safe bowl. Sprinkle gelatin into water and
let set 1 minute. Microwave on High power for 1 minute and add 1 1/2 cup Hill Country Fare
Sparkling Flavored Apple water; stir to combine.
Combine frozen sliced apples with apple pie spice and sugar substitute; toss to coat. Add
apples to dissolved gelatin mixture and immediately pour apple mixture into crust.
Cover pie with plastic wrap and chill 20 minutes or until firm and ready to cut.
