1 can 14-oz sweetened condensed milk
1 can 12-oz evaporated milk
4 whole eggs
1/2 cup grated coconut
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and eggs.
Add coconut and blend again.
Pour into prepared backing dish.
Place baking dish inside of another pan that is bigger.
Add not water so it comes up the side of the baking dish about halfway.
Place in over and bake for 1 hour.
Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center; it should come out clean.
