1 teaspoon Bolner's® Fiesta Brand Fancy Ground Cinnamon
1 1/2 cups Hill Country Fare Canola Oil for frying
4 flour tortillas H-E-B Ready to Cook Flour Tortillas, cut into 4 wedges each
Combine sugar and Bolner's Ground Cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
Heat oil in a heavy skillet for 3 minutes over medium heat. Fry batches of 4 tortilla wedg
es for 5 to 10 seconds on each side. Drain the fried tortillas on paper towels and sprinkl
e with sugar & cinnamon.
Arrange the Buñuelos on a serving platter and enjoy.
