1 cup Bakers scoop all purpose flour

3 cups H-E-B Eggnog, regular or light
1 can Hill Country Fare Butter Flavor Spray
2 tablespoons H-E-B Butter
2 bags (16 oz each) H-E-B Frozen Berry Medley
1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
2 tablespoons H-E-B Brown Sugar
2 packages Softened H-E-B Cream Cheese, regular or fat free
Combine the flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Add the eggnog and mix to remove any lumps.

king spray and pour 1/2 cup of the thin batter in the skillet. Tilt the pan so that the b
atter spreads out thinly. Cook until bottom is golden, turn and cook other side. Prepare
10 crepes, stack and keep warm.

er. You can fold the crepe over in half or roll like a taco. Serve each crepe with an ad
ditional 2 Tablespoons of warm fruit.
