24 large strawberries
4 oz. Ambrosia Bitter Sweet Chocolate Bark, chopped into small pieces
Place the chocolate in the top portion of a double boiler pan. Place 1 1/2 cups water in t
he bottom portion of a double boiler pan. Heat over medium high heat, stirring frequently,
until chocolate in upper pan begins to melt.
Allow melted chocolate to cool to 84 degrees. Dip the bottom third of each strawberry in t
he melted chocolate syrup. Set on a clean baking sheet and allow to chill for 15 minutes o
r until set. Allow the fruit to set a room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before serving
