12 large aluminum foil baking cups
1 cup M & M's®
4 cups H-E-B Creamy Creations Vanilla Ice Cream
24 Hill Country Fare Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 cup Hershey's® Sprinkles'
Line a muffin pan with 12 extra-large aluminum foil baking cups.
Place one cookie into the bottom of each cup liner. Scoop 1/4 cup of vanilla ice cream ove
r each cookie. Top ice cream with 4 to 5 M & M's and 1 teaspoon Hershey's Sprinkles. Light
ly press remaining cookies on top of sprinkles.
Cover ice cream sandwiches with plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour until ready to use.
