Cherry Chocolate Bundt Cake
1 box (18.25 oz.) Hill Country Fare Devil's® Food cake mix
3 large eggs
1/2 cup Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
1 can (20 oz.) Lucky Leaf cherry pie filling
1/3 cup H-E-B Powdered Sugar
Heat oven to 350F. Heavily spray a Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray or grease with s
oftened margarine and dust with flour; shake out excess.
Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, 1/2 can Lucky Leaf Cherry Pie Filling and 1 cup water in a la
rge mixing bowl. Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed with an electric mixer. Evenly spoon th
e cake batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake the cake on the center oven rack for 45 min
utes or until cake is done. Cool cake completely in pan on cake rack before removing from
