Cheerios & Marshmallow bars
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 (10.5) ounce bag miniature marshmallows (6 cups)
5 cups Cheerios cereal
Butter rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches, using pastry brush.
Microwave butter and marshmallows in large microwaveable bowl uncovered on High about 2 mi
nutes, stirring with spoon after every minute, until smooth.
Immediately stir in cereal until coated. Press mixture in pan using a buttered spoon or wa
xed-paper; cool. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows with table knife. Store loosely cover
