Banana Pudding Cheesecake
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups H-E-B Sugar
4 pkgs. (8 oz.) H-E-B Neufchatel Cream Cheese
1 tsp. McCormick's® French Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. McCormick's® Banana Extract
2 Nabisco® Nilla Pie Crusts
* fresh bananas
* vanilla wafers
In a bowl combine gelatin, sugar, and 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir to dissolve.
In a separate bowl beat Neufchatel Cream Cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add in sugar mixture and extracts.
Fill pie shells and chill until ready to use. Garnish with fresh bananas and vanilla wafer
