Italian-Style Green Bean Casserole
1 (14-1/2 oz.) can H-E-B Cut Green Beans, drained
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon H-E-B Grated Parmesan Cheese
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine green beans, oil, garlic and tomato in prepared baking dish.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Top with seasoned breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Loosely cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes or until piping hot
