Buttermilk & Bacon Pancakes
4 cups H-E-B all purpurse flour
1/4 cup H-E-B sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
4 large Central Market Organics Brown Eggs
4 cups H-E-B Buttermilk
1 pkg (3 oz.) H-E-B Fully Cooked® Bacon Pieces
In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients.
Separately whisk together eggs and buttermilk.
Mix together with dry ingredients until moist. Fold in bacon pieces.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a greased skillet or griddle.
Turn when top is covered with bubbles and cook until flip side is golden. Serve with warm
syrup and whipped sweet cream butter.
