2 cups Hill Country Fare Complete Buttermilk Pancake Mix
2/3 cup Hill Country Fare Solid Pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/3 cup Hill Country Fare Chopped Pecans
1 bottle Hill Country Fare Pancake Syrup
1 (8 oz) tub Hill Country Fare Whipped Topping
Combine pancake mix, solid pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, pecans and 1 1/4 cup water in a lar
ge mixing bowl. Stir pancake batter until smooth.
Heat an electric pancake griddle or a large skillet over medium high heat for 3 minutes. S
pray the griddle or pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup pancake batter for each
pancake. Cook pancakes for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes per side. Turn pancakes over only once.
Top pancakes with syrup and a spoonful of whipped topping.
