Gingerbread Toffee Waffles
2 cups all purpose baking mix
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 cup molasses slightly warmed in microwave
1 cup milk
1/2 cup canola oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup toffee chips
Combine baking mix, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine milk, molasses, oil, and egg. Mix well.
Add wet to dry ingredients,(add more milk if necessary)and mix well.
Fold in toffee chips.
Bake waffles in preheated, non-stick or greased waffle iron.
Serve with butter, syrup and whipped cream.
