2 Tbsp. fresh basil (or 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves)
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
3 cups biscuit mix
1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini (1 medium)
1 cup shredded HEB Easy Melt Processed Cheese
Heat oven to 400°F.
Spray a 4.5 x 8.5-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, basil, crushed red pepper and 1 cup water. Add biscuit mix,
zucchini and cheese; stir to combine. Evenly spread batter in prepared baking dish.
Bake for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
