20 to 25 minutes
2 green onions, chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 cup milk (whole, low fat or fat free)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can HEB Whole Kernal Corn, drained
1 package (6 oz) jalapeno cornbread mix
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray a 2 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
Pour batter into prepared baking dish and bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until golden
Let sit for 5-10 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve
