28 Nachos

1 cup Hill Country Fare jalapeño refried beans

28 cans (5 oz.) Armour star smoked vienna sausages, drained cut lengthwise and in halves

1 cup H-E-B sharp shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go! Pico de gallo


Heat the broiler on High and set the oven rack to the highest position. Spray a foil lined
baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Spread 1/2 Tablespoon refried beans on each tortilla chip and top each with one piece of V
ienna Sausage, 1/2 Tablespoon each shredded cheddar cheese and pico de gallo.
Broil the nachos for 2 minutes or until thecheese melts
