1 container (16 oz.) H-E-B Shredded Chicken with BBQ Sauce
8 chalupa shells
4 c. shredded lettuce (about 1 head)
2 c. chopped tomato
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Heat the shredded chicken according to package directions.
To prepare chalupas, spread 1/4 cup shredded chicken on each chalupa shell.
Top the shredded chicken with 1/2 cup lettuce, 1/4 cup tomato, 2 tbsp. onion and 2 tbsp. c
