1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 can (14 oz) HCF chopped spinach, drained
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
3 strips bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Combine sour cream and parmesan cheese in a medium-size bowl.
Add spinach, bell pepper and bacon; stir to combine.
Season to taste with salt and pepper
