8 to 10 minutes
1/2 (13 1/2 oz.) bag baked tortilla chips
1 (16 oz.) can non-fat refried beans
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
8 ounces cooked shrimp, crabmeat or surimi
2 cups grated light cheese spread
Spread chips in a single layer in a 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan; set aside.
Combine refried beans, picante sauce and lime juice, stirring well.
Spread bean mixture onto each chip.
Sprinkle surimi seafood evenly over chips and top with cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with desired toppings
