1 pound fresh Seasoned Pork Sausage OR Beef Top Sirloin Steak, cut into 3/8-inch cubes\n
2 (10 oz.) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies
2 pounds Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
Brown sausage (or steak cubes) in a skillet over Medium-High heat.
In a crock pot, combine sausage (or steak) with tomatoes and green chilies and cheese.
Heat 30 minutes on High; stir occasionally until smooth.
Reduce heat to Low to keep warm while serving.
While meat browns, heat tomatoes and green chilies in a large sauce pan over Medium heat 3
Add cheese; heat 10 minutes.
Stir occasionally until melted and smooth.
