1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 12 ounce bag Kern's frozen sliced mangos, chopped
1 serrano or jalapeno pepper, stem removed and finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Combine onion, mangos, pepper, cilantro and lime juice in a medium-size bowl.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
Serve as a salsa for grilled chicken, tuna or Mahi Mahi.
