Petite Ham And Cheese Biscuits

6 tablespoon margarine, melted

1 cup finely chopped ham

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, divided use

1 can (11-oz) buttermilk biscuits

1 tablespoon lemon pepper


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Melt margarine in 7x11 inch baking dish.
Combine ham, 2 tablespoons of margarine and 2 tablespoons of the cheese.
Cut biscuits into four or six pieces, arrange in baking dish.
Turn in margarine to coat each piece.
Spoon ham mixture over biscuits.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle lemon pepper over all.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes
