1 oz. (2 patties) peeled and deveined shrimp, cooked and chopped
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese softened
1 small onion, minced
1 cup mayonnaise or low-fat mayonnaise
3 tsps. lemon juice
1 1/2 cups celery, minced
1/2 tsp. Chef Geoffrey Michael's Cajun Breakdown
Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth.
Fold in all other ingredients.
Refrigerate; let flavors blend for a few hours or overnight.
