Ingredients

2 medium tomatoes, chopped

1/2 head iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced

1 (10 ounce) bag H-E-B Tortilla Chips

1 (12 ounce) bag H-E-B Fully Cooked Taco-Seasoned Beef Crumbles

1 (15 ounce) can Rico's® Nacho Cheddar Cheese Sauce'

1 small onion, chopped

1 (16 ounce) jar Hill Country Fare Picante Sauce

1/4 cup H-E-B Harvest Moon Jalapeno Slices, drained

Directions


Combine the cheese sauce and beef crumbles in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic
wrap. Heat in microwave on High power for 3 minutes. Set mixture aside.
Spread half of the bag of chips on a large serving platter or tray. Spoon half of the chee
se-beef mixture over the chips. Spread the remaining chips over the first layer of chips a
nd spoon the remaining cheese-beef mixture over the chips.
Top the cheese and beef-covered chips with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped oni
ons, picante sauce and Harvest Moon Jalapeño
