Ingredients

1 pkg. Small bamboo skewers

1 cntr. (15 oz.) Ready,freshgo! watermelon chunks

1 cntr. (15 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go! Cantaloupe chunks

1 pkg. (1 oz.) Mint leaves

1 pkg. (8 oz.) H-E-B cotija, mozzarella or oaxaca cheese cut into small 1/2 inch cube

1 cup H-E-B Texas Twists creamy cilantro cotija creamy avocado or creamy balsamic salad dr
essing

Directions


Skewer one each: watermelon cube, mint leaf, cheese cube, cantaloupe cube, mint leaf, chee
se cube and watermelon cube on each bamboo skewer.
You can alternate and start with cantaloupe and end with cantaloupe cubes.
