Ingredients

1 1/2 cups diced ripe mango

1/4 cup chopped red onion

1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

1/4 cup diced tomato

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 scallion or green onion, chopped

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 jalapeno, finely chopped

1 minced garlic

3 tablespoon lime juice

Directions


Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Let stand at room temperature for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
