Low Carb Texas Cream Cheese Pinwheels
1 (8 ounce) package H-E-B Cream Cheese, softened
1 (6 ounce) pouch H-E-B Albacore Tuna
1/4 cup H-E-B Harvest Moon™ Jalapens, drained
1/2 teaspoon Hill Country Fare Fajita Seasoning
1/2 cup fresh parsley OR cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 (10 count) package H-E-B Reduced Carb Flour Tortillas
Combine the cream cheese, tuna, jalapeños, and fajita seasoning in a food processor bowl.
Process the mixture for 30 seconds to a chunky texture. Stir in the chopped parsley and re
d bell pepper.
Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture on each tortilla and spread, leaving 1/2 inc
h of the tortilla edge without cheese mixture. Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plas
tic wrap. Refrigerate the pinwheels for 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
Before serving, remove the plastic wrap and cut each tortilla into 6 slices. Arrange the s
lices on a serving platter and enjoy.
