Ingredients

1/2 (12 oz.) package won ton wrappers, cut diagonally into halves

2 to 3 cups Hill Country Fare Canola Oil for frying

1 (12 oz.) package H-E-B Fully Cooked Italian Beef Crumbles

1 large tomato, chopped

2 green onions, chopped

1/2 cup pitted Kalamata, green, or black olives, drained and chopped

1 (16 oz.) package shredded H-E-B Pizza Blend Cheese

Directions


Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil and set aside.
To fry won ton wrappers, pour oil in a deep heavy skillet or an electric fryer to a depth
of 3 inches. Heat oil in skillet over high heat or 375 degrees in an electric fryer. Fry 8
to 10 won ton wrappers at a time for 30 seconds or until golden brown. Remove fried won t
ons and drain on paper towels. Fry all remaining wontons and set aside.
Heat H-E-B Fully Cooked Italian Seasoned Beef Crumbles according to package instructions.
Place fried won tons on foil lined baking sheet. Top fried won tons with hot Italian Seaso
ned Beef Crumbles, tomato, green onions, olives and shredded cheese. Heat in oven for 3 to
4 minutes until cheese melts. Serve hot
