1 (16oz) bag frozen Hill Country Fare Black-eyed Peas
1 (4 oz) jar H-E-B Harvest Moon Chopped Pimiento Peppers
1 (9oz) jar H-E-B Harvest Moon Sliced Mushrooms, drained & chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup H-E-B Harvest Moon Pickled Jalapeño Peppers, chopped, with liquid
1/4 cup H-E-B Olive Oil
Cook frozen black-eyed peas according to package directions; drain well.
Place black-eyed peas in a large mixing bowl; add pimiento, onion, celery, chopped mushroo
ms, jalapeño and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover and chill for at least 15 minutes before serving or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
