Holiday Artichoke Spinach Dip
1 Tablespoon H-E-B Olive Oil
1 container (7 oz.) H-E-B H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® diced onions
4 H-E-B H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® garlic cloveschopped
1/2 package (4 oz.) H-E-B Cream Cheeseregular or fat free
1 container (8 oz.) H-E-B sour cream,regularlight or fat free
2 boxes (10 oz.each) Green Giant creamed spinachthawed
1 can (14.65 oz.) H-E-B quartered artichoke heartsdrained
1/4 cup Chopped red bell pepper
1 cup H-E-B shredded parmesan cheese
1 package (8 oz.) H-E-B monterey jack cheese
2 boxes H-E-B Entertainer Crackersyour favorite flavor
Heat the oven to 350°F Spray a deep dish pie or 13 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick
cooking spray and set aside.
Heat a large heavy bottom skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the olive oil, diced
onions and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until onion is transparent.
Place the cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and heat on high power for 1 minute or unt
il soft and melted.
Add the melted cream cheese, sour cream, thawed Green Giant Creamed Spinach, drained artic
hoke hearts, chopped red pepper and shredded Parmesan Cheese to the onion garlic mixture.
Stir to combine and pour into the prepared baking dish. Top with the shredded Monterey Jac
k Cheese and bake on the center oven rack for 35 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
