Hail Mary Beef And Cheese Ball
12 ounces sliced Roast Beef OR Corned Beef
3 bunches green onions, chopped
24 ounces cream cheese or light cream cheese, softened
6 ounces chopped pecans
Chop beef into small pieces 1/4-inch square or less.
Thoroughly blend diced beef and chopped onions into cream cheese in a large bowl.
Shape into a log or balls or mold in a shaped dish (such as the state of Texas).
Roll in or cover with chopped pecans.
