3 to 4 avocados, peeled and seeded
1 juice of one lime
1/4 cup sour cream (regular or low fat)
1 cup chopped tomato (2 medium)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
Place avocados in a medium-size bowl and mash.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.
Serve with corn chips or refrigerate for later use (no longer than 1 or 2 days).
Makes 2 cup
