Grilled Pineapple Salsa

2/3 slices fresh pineapple

1/4 cup Fischer & Weiser® Charred Pineapple & Bourbon Sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 small Roma tomatoes, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeds & stems removed

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

* salt & pepper, to taste


Cut peel from pineapple; cut or trim away eyes. Cut pineapple crosswise into 1/2-inch thic
k slices. Blend pineapple sauce with oil in a small bowl.
Grill pineapple slices over Medium heat 3 to 5 minutes per side; spread or brush sauce mix
ture over pineapple slices during cooking. Remove to a cutting board. Cool pineapple sligh
tly and cut into 1/4-inch dice.
Cut tomatoes in half and remove seeds; cut into 1/4-inch dice. Finely chop jalapeño, onio
n, and cilantro. Toss pineapple with tomatoes, jalapeño, onion, and cilantro in a medium b
owl. Stir in any remaining sauce mixture; season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve sals
