Fajita Fiesta Layered Dip
1 (15.5 oz) can Mexican style refried beans
1 (12 oz) package fully cooked beef or chicken fajitas, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1 cup sour cream, regular, low calorie, or fat free
2 cups shredded H-E-B Cheddar Cheese
2 green onions, chopped
Spread refried beans on the bottom of a glass pie pan.
Top the bean layer with fajitas and tomatoes.
Spread sour cream over the tomatoes.
Top the layered dip shredded cheese and green onions.
Loosely cover with plastic wrap and chill for one hour
