8 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chilled
2 tsp. mustard
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. sweet relish
* salt and pepper, to taste
* paprika, as needed
Halve hard-boiled eggs lengthwise. Carefully scoop out yolks and place in small bowl. Rese
rve egg whites.
Mash the yolks with mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and pickle juice or relish. Mound mi
xture into the hollow of each egg-white half and sprinkle with paprika.
